All vendors wishing to secure a sales space at the market must join the Farmers Market Association and shall pay the yearly dues based on size of space.  All monies collected will be used for the operation and marketing of the market. 

A vendor is described as any person, business, or group who is selling a product, service, or item and/or taking money in any way, shape or form from patrons of the market.  Everything sold at the Market must be grown or produced by the person selling it.

All vendors shall pay the annual association dues and all vendors shall be registered.   

Dues Schedule:
1 space 10 feet - $375 per year
2 spaces 22 feet - $575 per year
3 spaces 34 feet - $775 per year
4 spaces 46 feet - $975 per year
5 spaces 58 feet - $1,175 per year
6 spaces 70 feet - $1,375 per year

For each additional 10 feet of vendor space - $200 additional. Electrical Service (110 volt, 20 amps maximum) is available for an additional fee of $60 per year. 

A daily vendor rate of $40 per day per 10 linear feet is available for non-produce vendors only including arts, crafts and food for consumption on-site.  Food for consumption on site include food or drink to be eaten immediately such as donuts, coffee, soda, hot dogs, tacos, etc.   Eligibility for a daily rate requires notice and payment of the vendor fee no less than two weeks prior to the date requested.  Buy Fresh Buy Local-Siouxland shall review applications and approve or deny the application.  If approved, Buy Fresh, Buy Siouxland shall assign you a space.

Booth/Space Specifications
Minimum rental space is 10 linear feet.

Maximum depth of any vendor booth is 20 feet and shall generally be delineated as the depth of the parking spaces in the lot. 

All dues and fees are payable to Buy Fresh Buy Local – Siouxland, Inc. no less than two weeks prior to the vendor’s first date at the market.  If a vendor joins the market after Labor Day, the vendor will be charged ½ of the applicable dues rate based on the size of the vendor’s stand/unit.  Daily rate remains the same after Labor Day.
